Customer service agent – Nasr City – Cairo

Job description

  • Answers coming calls by clarifying desired information, and location, and providing information.
  • Maintains call center database by entering information.
  • Follow up on clients’ calls where necessary.
  • Enter new client information into the system.
  • Take part in supporting sales processes through data collected from clients.
  • Keep an updated database of client information/inquiries and send it to the concerned department for proper action accordingly.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Any other duties related to the job.

Job details

  • “Female are only allowed ” customer service employees are required to work at the company’s headquarters in Nasr City – Cairo

  • 1 year of experience as a minimum is required in the field 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Candidates must be from Nasr City or its surroundings
  • Must have computer skills and proficiency 

  • Must have negotiation & communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers
  • Submit daily reports to the direct manager & follow up
  • Able to work under pressure & work on solving problems

  • Organizational Skills as able to manage several telephone calls

  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.

  • Able to communicate in Arabic & English written & spoken.
